Camper Financial Assistance

We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience Camp, regardless of their circumstances or ability to pay.

Collin County Adventure Camp also recognizes the families who serve our community and will extend a 20% scholarship to the children of active members in police and fire and a 25% scholarship to the children of active duty military and veterans. These families do not need to complete the application below, but will need to provide us with verification of employment/deployment or veteran status after registration in order for us to apply the scholarship to registration balance.

Required Forms

A health and medical authorization form is required in hard copy at check-in the first day of the camp week.

CAMPER(S) WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN WITHOUT A COMPLETED HEALTH AND MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM.

The Authorized Transporter form is only required if you did not complete this information at time of registration and your camper(s) will be checked-out with individuals other than the registered Parent/Guardian and/or Emergency Contact designated in registration.

OUT OF THE SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF BOTH YOUR CAMPER(S) AND OUR STAFF, WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.

FAQs

How are campers grouped?

We group Day Camp and Teen Camp by age and Jamboree by age and gender. There are 2 Counselors with every Summer Camp group.

Should I pack food?

No. Your camper(s) will enjoy a break indoors in the Dining Hall for lunch and we also provide an afternoon snack. Packed food gets hot and attracts insects and bugs.

Please be sure to let us know if your camper has a food allergy. We do our best to accommodate.

What should I pack?

As little as possible, as your camper is responsible for their clothes, shoes and belongings the entire camp day. We recommend your camper bring a light-weight drawstring bag or light backpack with the following necessities:

  • Refillable water bottle
  • Dry swimsuit and dry towel
  • Sunscreen
