Change | Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

There is a $25 fee per camper, per change of week.

Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the camp start date.

We do not prorate registration and we do not refund due to no show.

In order to change or cancel a week of camp, we must receive the following form:

Group Placement | Buddy Requests

Day Campers are grouped by age, with no more than a 1 1/2 year of age apart. Jamboree Campers are grouped in a cabin by age and gender. We do our best to accommodate buddy requests, but requests must be made in online registration. Buddy requests must be reciprocal; both campers must request each other.

Camp Store

Our Camp Store is open for all summer campers. Your camper will be able to purchase snacks, drinks, tshirts, bandanas and other camp “souvenirs.”

Cell Phone Policy

For all campers safety and privacy, cell phones and electronics are not allowed during program hours.

Inclement Weather

Camp goes on as usual in the case of rain and your camper may come home a little wet or muddy. If lightning and thunder are present, all pool, lake and high ropes activities will be suspended and campers will be moved to a covered area or indoors. Our staff is well trained in inclement weather procedures and our staff and campers’ safety is always our primary concern. We will do our best to reschedule and make-up any missed activity during the remainder of the week.
