These forms are required in order for your camper to check-in the first day of camp:

Payment Policy | Changing & Canceling Weeks

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration for each registered week of camp and the balance of each week of registration is due on the 1st or 15th day of the month, which ever date is at least two weeks prior to the first day of your registered camp week. The balance of each week of registration will be automatically drafted (on the above mentioned date) from the card used to make registration deposit. At any time, you are able to log in to your account and make the remainder of your payment prior to the final auto draft date.

If your camper is unable to complete a week of camp due to medical reasons and you would like to receive a prorated refund, we must receive a written letter of absence from a licensed physician. We do not prorate registration due to missed or “no show” days.

In order to cancel a camp week and receive a refund (minus the deposit), we must receive the Form below at least two weeks prior to the first day of the camp week.

Day Camp


Group Placement | Buddy Requests

Day Campers are grouped by age, with no more than a 1 1/2 year of age apart. Jamboree Campers are grouped in a cabin by age and gender. We do our best to accommodate buddy requests, but requests must be made in online registration. Buddy requests must be reciprocal; both campers must request each other.

Camp Store

Our Camp Store will be open again this summer! Your camper will be able to purchase snacks, Gatorade, our 2021 tshirt and other camp “souvenirs.”

Cell Phone Policy

For all campers safety and privacy, cell phones and electronics are not allowed.

Inclement Weather

Camp goes on as usual in the case of rain and your camper may come home a little wet or muddy. If lightning and thunder are present, all pool, lake and high ropes activities will be suspended and campers will be moved to a covered area or indoors. Our staff is well trained in inclement weather procedures and our staff and campers’ safety is always our primary concern. We will do our best to reschedule and make-up any missed activity during the remainder of the week.
